I used the Websters' Pages Hollywood Vogue's Vellum by layering on another page and then layered on top of the Vellum.
here is a close up showing the Stickles' Patina I used on the tail of the Peacock. I also used Tattered Angles' Deep Purple glimmer mist.
Here you can see the Grunge Board by Tim Holtz that I used as a frame, which I cut out using the BigKick. Then I used Tim Holtz's Dusty Concord Distressed Ink.
